At the Los Angeles Amoeba Music store, Johnny Marr shared his shopping discoveries for the ‘What’s In My Bag?’ video feature. He picked out Ennio Morricone’s Crime and Dissonance and Ennio Morricone Happening – Acid Sides of the Maestro and Joshua Waletzky’s Music For The Movies: Bernard Herrmann, who did a lot of Hitchcock films, a documentary about Ralph Waldo Emerson and The Transcendentalists, electronic record Black Sands by Bonobo, a documentary about the visual artist Sally Mann, John McLaughlin’s My Goal’s Beyond in vinyl, another documentary called Huxley on Huxley about writer Aldous Huxley, a couple of Wire records and the documentary Bigger Splash about painter David Hockney.
